first the good points this cover is very visable i've noticed drivers giving me much more room when passing,at night it's like having an extra light! it's that good.i can confirm it's waterproof nothing got wet in my bag on the many times i 've been out in the rain on my rides to work.the straps do a good job of holding cover on to bag along with the pull cord which is sewn in around the edge of the cover. handy light loop on back all in all very good,now the bad!! it's to small i only take what i would say is a small bag to work and this just gets on but only when i've not much in bag if you have large bag then this will not fit,also one of the straps was barely sewn on and nearly coming off i repaired it rather than fuss around sending it back.
so if this had fitted just a little better i would have upped score i'll use it till it wears out then buy something bigger hope this reveiw helps mick
