This is an amazing piece of work! It does everything it says on the tin plus it tells the time!
This hrm has helped me track my workouts, keep my heart rate at the correct level and tell me my fat percentage! It's also quite cool in the way that it transmits the data from the watch to my laptop (the watch makes a beeping sound, you hold it against the computer mic and the computer picks it up!)
I love it and would recommend it 100%
p.s ive not tried it swimming yet so I cant rate that element yet.
UPDATE: I have since used it to swim in the swimming pool and during aqua aerobics classes and it works a treat! You get exactly the same results as with a dry workout (you still wear the chest strap under your swimsuit) the only thing is that you can't press any buttons whilst you're in the water (so no changing settings) but this is not a problem as you just set it up before you get in the pool!
After almost 6 months of using my f11 every day I am still more than 100% satisfied! It's a must buy for everyone!!!!!

This is an upgrade on my old Polar HR monitor and I am so glad I made the change. The functions are so intuitive and easy to use that I have hardly looked at the instruction book! It keeps a record of around the last 12 sessions and you can programme the watch for different sessions. I especially find this useful as I do various classes at the gym and this allows me to compare Max HR, Av HR, fat % and cals burned for each activity.
It comes with a soft strap and detatchable transmitter which I thought would be a great improvement on the old hard plastic type. I personally do not find it more comfortable though as the transmitter is so large that it cannot be hidden under the bra and is also very noticeable under clothing. It also makes it uncomfortable using any gym equipment which you have to lean your chest on. That said I would fully recommend and for the price you cannot go wrong!
