5.0 out of 5 stars This book could literally change your outlook on poker, 6 May 2007
There are many books that will teach you how to play poker, right from the fundamentals up to advanced play. This book is different to those books (and should probably be read after you have read one of them). It is intended to help you develop the correct mental approach to the game.

Whatever stage of development your poker game is at I strongly suspect that your overall game would benefit from reading this book. A change in the way that you approach the game could very well add to your winnings at the table. Those who struggle with tilt issues or seem to be forever complaining about bad beats will find the book particularly enlightening.

If you are looking for something different in your poker literature then this is it.

3.0 out of 5 stars Essential Reading but a Little Disappointing, 26 Oct 2008
By Ady Miles "Ace King Pro" (Wolverhampton, West Midlands, UK) - See all my reviews
Great concept. Content a little hard to follow at times. Really needs re-editing to make more readable. Not as in-depth about the psychological aspects as I had hoped

3.0 out of 5 stars An average book, 18 Nov 2007
A different subject to many books which is interesting but much of the content is reptative and fairly obvious. No great revelations but worth a quick read if you can pick it up cheap.

5.0 out of 5 stars Poker mindset
I found this book interesting and is a good tool for any poker player as having a good technical base isnt enough to win long tournaments you need the correct mind set.
