Durability: Educational: Fun:

For starters, it says on the description that this toy is 7", when I got the toy, it was 6". This, however, alone is not enough to render my complaint. The toy's fur is sticky, it is not in good condition at all, the picture is misleading, as it shows the toy with its original packaging, when infact, it was wrapped up in something else when it arrived to me. I'm glad that its previous owner had fun with it, but even the white (shine) bits of the eyes have been rubbed off.
I expect a full refund for this, including post and packaging, as misleading buyers like this is unacceptable.
