"Gotta catch 'em all", shouts teen-popper Billy Crawford on this kid-phenom soundtrack. Engineered to capture not only pre-teen fans of the Japanese anime craze, but Saturday morning kid's TV fans who might fall for singles such as girl group M2M's peppy "Don't Say You Love Me", it's loaded with familiar zillion-selling names such as Britney Spears, 'N Sync, Christina Aguilera and 98 Degrees. A mixture of light dance-pop, innocuous romantic ballads, and "Eye of the Tiger" drama keeps things moving. U-certificated through and through, the disc's non-stop chirpiness might eventually wear on parents' ears even as they acknowledge the catchy hooks. The younger set will love it without qualification. --Rickey Wright

This CD is great, even if you hate Pokémon. Just ignore the first track, that's the Pokémon theme song! The best song is definitely Lullaby by Mandah or Willa Ford as she is now known. 'It Was You', 'Catch me If You Can', 'Vacation' and 'If Only Tears Could Bring You Back' deserve a special mention as these songs are brilliant. If you've seen the movie, you will recognise 'If Only Tears Could Bring You Back', as it is played during the credits. However, listen to it in its entirety and you'll find yourself holding back tears.
The CD has songs by some famous stars like Britney and N*Sync. There's a wide range of music which is great and should keep you happy! Especially Lullaby, which Jigglypuff sings in! ^_^

Okay I'll start with Pokemon Theme, brillient version of the song. Don't Say You Love Me, loved this song gets stuck nicely into you head. It Was You great song. We're A Miricle now I see this as being the sister song to If Only Tears Could Bring You Back because I see one being Ash's song and the other as being Pikachu's and this first one is definatly Ash's, great song. Soda Pop is alright though probably my least fav song. Somewhere Someday is a lovely song. Lullaby now I'm gonna start sounding repetitive but I loved this song to. Fun With The Funk what on eart has this song to do with pokemon? It's a nice song but I don't get what it's donig on this CD. Vacation ah the theme to Pikachu's short film Pikachu's Vacation brill song very summer time party. Catch Me If You Can this one is also in Pikachu's Vacation, (I think), it's fun to listen to and I love it. Fly With Me this is the only other song I'm not to sure as to why it's on the albam but it is good and very catchy. Get Happy fun song nice to listen to. Free Up Your Mind great song. Making My Way great song but for some reason it made me think more about Team Rocket the Ash and the gang. If Only Tears Could Bring You Back this is Pikachu's song with out a doubt loved it, it's a great pair with We're A Miricle. Brother My Brother loved it in the film love it now.

This is the best CD I have in my collection!! There is a mixture of ballads and up-tempo songs which makes it really enjoyable. Even though it is American there is British artists in there such as Billie, Emma Bunton and B*Witched. The best songs are Lullaby by Mandah and It was You by Ashley Ballard. Vitamin C have a song which I didn't like the sound of at first but it is one of thoses songs which, after you hear it a few times, you have on repeat on your CD player! If I could I would give this 6 stars!! There are not just pop songs on this as there is the Midnight Sons and the Blessid Union of Souls at the end which really give the album "closure" and are great soul tracks. I would definately recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good sing-song or anyone who loves American boy and girl groups!

I bought this on import when it came out in the US. Some of the songs on it are really good such as Dont Say You Love Me and Lullaby, but with all the rest, you get kinda sick of after listening to them over and over. I would recommend waiting til 2BA Master is released over here, as it is infinitely better.
