The fourth generation of the Pokemon card series with cards to collect or battle with friends. There seem to be more shiny/holographic cards or maybe I was luckier with the pack I bought! The pokemon you buy can now be levelled up and weakness and resistance are more personal to the pokemon that you are playing.

This deck is based on the starting pokemon Chimchar and including Meditite and Ponyta this deck has strong fighting and fire moves

I played a pokemon a lot when I was younger, essentially with my friends at school, but I thought that I had moved on from this. However, when I purchased a fourth-gen deck of cards from forbidden planet in london I ralised that it is just as fun as it used to be (though I don't tell anyone that I enjoy it ;) )
I was originally put off the game because after the 1st generation of cards, they quickly decreased in quality and didn't seem as valuable as they used to be. However, though one aspect of the game was no longer present for me (trading - which a loved a lot :( ) the attacks and powers on these new cards are as original and satisfying as they were 6 or so years ago - and I treasure the cards as much as I did then. Pulling of that comeback right at the end of the game is one of the reasons that I loved it so much in the first place - and it has only improved.
It did not take long to convert my little brother back into the game (despite inital weird looks) because as soon as you start playing, you will be hooked, and soon you will be experiencing the thrill of opening a new pack of cards in the same way (possibly more so!) as opening presents at christmas.
