This is a beautiful book of poems written by a talented writer who has a great understanding of the horrific war and its effects on the many young men. I would recommend this to anyone interested in the war and to any teachers who wish to put across to their students the atmosphere and feelings of the time.

What a wonderful book of poems! You feel as though you are there in the trenches. An excellent read and well worth the money.
