This is a great variation of 'Solitaire' or 'Patience'.

You have a display of two rows taken from a pyramid 'spread' of Playing Cards. From the bottom working up, you have to 'pair' any two Cards (any suit) to total '13' and then 'stack' them. (Picture Cards are worth 11, 12 & 13 and so a King is counted singly) The remainder of the Cards serves as a 'Stock Pile' that can be shuffled and used twice. You're given Bonus Points depending upon how soon or how many Cards actually 'come out'.

This is from 'Radica:' who I, as a Collector of handheld games, have always been impressed with. However, one small criticism with this one; the four way directional button serves actually as 'six way' one, and as a consequence of this I think, is not always very responsive which can be a little frustrating. Apart from this one small-ish 'gripe', the game has the usual clear display, and high quality we have come to expect from Radica:.
