I suffer a lot with stress and find concentrating quite difficult during these periods.

The pocket Mindfulness book is an excellent way of me being able to remind myself of key Mindfulness skills without having to read long chapters on subjects.

My only negative on this book is that I wish it was slightly longer, I felt more could of being included.

I've read a couple of other books on mindfulness, Working on Yourself Doesn't Work and The Power of Now, and this book sums it all up nicely. It wont take long to read, but that's the beauty, you can read it in one sitting because it doesn't over complicate things as some other books do.

I have been trying to learn, or come to terms with Minfulness for a number of years. Books I have read or attempted to read have got lost on me. This book is pure and simple. I have read it twice and most probably read it again. Its words are powerful but simple. It doesnt judge, doesnt try to be more than it is. Just like mindfulness. I am going to buy books 2 and 3 now. Lets move on. I really am looking forward to living a better life. It really is so simple. Read this book! Its word are simple yet so, so powerful
