This book is a 50 page pamphlet of definitions. It is not a complete guide to anything. Buy The essential guide to Hysterectomy by Lauren F. Streicher. It tells you what you need to know. I'm 26 and facing a hysterectomy, and it eased my mind on many facets of the subject.
