This is a very attractive little pocket series, which comes with that delightful newly-minted feel. It is only a pocket book, but since it is so nice to read one absorbs its information readily.

Handy 28 Sept. 2010
By A. Ali - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
A nifty little book, designed for reference. Most of the entries have code snippet examples. The book can be used for self-learning as well, as the chapters are thematic: lists, text, forms, tabular data, etc.

Handy Little Guidebook 26 Aug. 2011
By Dr. Bojan Tunguz - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Web has considerably evolved since its inception two decades ago, but at its core it is still very much rooted in HTML. There are many quite good web design tools out there that don't require you to know any HTML, but if you are serious about publishing content on the web then it behooves you to be at least familiar with this markup language. "The HTML PocketGuide" is a useful little HTML reference. Its primary audience is website development professionals who need to have an easy and convenient HTML reference. The book is very well written and informative. It could also be used as a very rudimentary HTML textbook. Overall, this is yet another well written and presented PocketGuide.
Great little reference book 18 Mar. 2014

I am new to web design so I frequently have to look up element names and associated tags. These references make it quick and easy. This volume does cover HTML5 and it has a a handy alphabetic list at the end. Beginning sections have some generic info about coding in HTML but not enough for you to skip a larger reference.
Helpful !! Informative!! 25 Dec. 2013

Fine Small Reference Volume 3 Aug. 2012
By Jack Bowyer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
I was looking for a small, brief-entry HTML reference volume to use at my workstation while developing web applications. The standard definitive texts are simply too cumbersome to quick-scan comfortably. This fine volume fills that bill perfectly.
