A Useful Companion for Common Birds in Ireland 6 Nov 2013
By E. Geisler - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback Verified Purchase
The Pocket Guide to the Common Birds of Ireland is a good little item to tuck into your luggage if you are touring Ireland and have a casual interest in birds or if birding is not the primary goal of your visit. If you are a locale just getting started in birding, this guide will give you enough information for the most common birds that will cross your path. The art is very well done. A Time of Year bar and a distribution map is provided for each species. If, over time, you see every bird depicted in this book, you will have accomplished a lot.

We love the bird book for Ireland. We are anticipating our upcoming trip to Ireland even more after seeing the potential to add new birds to our life list.
