I received the intial order of 2 plugs promptly and was very pleased with the quality. Unfortunately they came with 13amp fuses rather than the advertised 5amp fuses. I e-mailed EYTech and received a reply within minutes! They sent out replacement fuses by next post (and in fact sent 10 fuses rather 2, as a bonus). Excellent customer service.
