I have an Asus 30" LCD Monitor with Component plugs. This cable is very good quality in terms of the lead itself and has a gold plate HDMI connection.
Overall the quality is great and so far no complaints after 3 months.

GRRR. I barely have it for a month and the damn thing breaks. Plastic part at the end snapped off so i look inside and the green wire has disconeccted from the metal conductor thing (idk what its called..) so now this cables screwed. Great! More money wasted! Dont buy this peice of turd..

This cable worked fine til the pins broke - left inside my AV amplifier, a real job to get out. Ended up with no cable and one input not working. Pins are plastic with thin metal caps - not strong enough.
