How to fix spontaneous firing

I strongly recommend this Ballista for those kids who already have Playmobil knights Castle and respective items. It's durable, quality made toy that fires very well and might be used for educational purposes - it helps to explain why it's name Ballista :)
The only one small issue that I experienced was the following - launching pads were firing spontaneously during loading. My son was confused when he was loading next ammo while previously loaded pad fired.
I disassembled launching pads and checked ammos itself and concluded that ammo's tails should be tuned little bit with sharp knife to secure lauching and firing upon trigger usage only. Please find attached drawing that shows what to do.
For the rest - it's great toy.
