My daughter, who has had a love/hate relationships with vacuum cleaners from near-birth, practically did cartwheels when she realized that she could have a vacuum for her Playmobil people. A canister vacuum, no less, which is her favorite because those uprights are just "too noisy."
Elsewhere, for about half the price you would pay here, you can buy this set which is in fact a pretty fun little home add-on for the people.
The washer opens up, and a couple towels can be shoved inside, where they can be viewed as they pretend-wash through the little glass window. You can then pin them to the clothes line with the 12 miniscule clothes pins provided, remove them and fold them into the little green clothes basket when they're dry, and if you're really odd, ironing can enter into the equation too. Who irons towels?
The vacuum cleaner really is the highlight of this set. It even has working wheels to pull it around the house with. Too cute!
Who tagged this set as being misogynistic? Don't Playmobil people need to wash their clothes and vacuum their floors too? Jeesh.
This set, for those concerned with country of origin, is not made in China.
