This is a good solid toy that can handle being bashed and crashed around. It comes with a decent range of accessories too, 2 policemen a dog with lead and jacket, flashlights, guns etc. So you don't feel you need to buy any additional stuff with it.

This item is brilliant for kids age 2-9! Comes with a police dog, 2 police officers,2 guns, has flashing lights and has 3 opening doors. It has "POLICE" written on the back, front and on both of the sides. Every day I spend fron 10-40 minutes playing with it. Thats how fun it is! But if you look for this item in the shops, it is quite expensive (Between £30-£35). But it's really worth it. I reccommend this toy 100 percent.

Wonderful toy- high quality!!!

I have to disagree with the previous reviewer. The size of this police van is the standard for Playmobil toys. It is so well made and durable- much more so than many toys in a lower price range. With Playmobil, you get what you pay for. This i something that my son treasures and plays with every day. He can be creative and loves acting out different scenarios with the policemen and their dog. I was very hesitant to spend the money initially but was assured by other parents who explained the quality and after making the leap I am a Playmobil convert! If you search around you should be abke to find this for less than $40. I also want to add that the men can get in through the doors when they are open with plenty of clearance but to put them in the front seats you do need to remove the roof (it comes off easily). The best part is that it does not have an annoying siren (the lights do flash).

Doesn't make noise which is a plus for me-- the lights on top come on with a push of a button-- My son loves this toy and he is 7 years old.
Playmobil Police Van is a great addition to our collection.

My sons love playing with Playmobil toys. We have a diverse collection, including the Playmobil Zoo, Modern Living House, Taxi, Tour Bus, Cargo Plane, Passenger Jets (2 different models), miscellaneous small aircraft and boats. This year the desired items were the Playmobil Police Station, Car and Transport Van (Paddy Wagon). My boys have been playing with these toys since they opened them on Christmas Day!
