About the Author
Jack Rollin was soccer columnist for the Sunday Telegraph for 21 years and has worked on all but three editions of SKY SPORTS (ROTHMANS) FOOTBALL YEARBOOK as well as editing PLAYFAIR FOOTBALL ANNUAL with his daughter, Glenda Rollin. Glenda has been co-editor of both annuals since 1995.

Actually, this purchase was to get up to date, as the last soccer annual I bought was Rothmans, back in 1996. The Playfair Annual is not quite as comprehensive as the old Rothmans version - some facts are missing and the personnel listings for some clubs are quite clearly not complete. But, nevertheless, a good buy.
