    Great stand! 25 Mar 2008
    Fun:
I bought this stand to keep my wii in place and charge my wii remotes, and it does this brilliantly! The wii slots in the unit and plugs into a bit of plastic, where the cable to the electriciy point is, and your cable connecting your wii to elctricity, goes into the station.(e.g the station plugs into your wii, and electricity is given to both wii and station through the one cable you got with your wii) ALL POWER FROM STATION IS DONE THIS WAY! No batteries are needed AT ALL! But you can charge 2 batteries if wanted.

The stand keeps your wii secure
The lights are cool, and quite pretty
The fan is a little loud, but it does its job
The battery packs last long and charging doesn't take too long
It keeps your wii remotes and nunchuks, neat and tidy.

There are 3 settings on the back:
    EVERYTHING OFF!
    FAN ON!
    LIGHTS and FAN ON!

On the front of the station are three lights:(set out very easily)
On the left: Charging wii remote on the left
On the right: Charging wii remote on the right
In the middle: Charging batteries at the back!

    Fun:
Ive had this station for a couple of months now and find it superb for storing your wii motes and nunchucks,it also charges your wii motes and has a cooling fan.The reason I give it four stars only is:
    - It comes with 2 pairs of rechargeble batteries enclosed in a white shell, where the batteries cannot be replaced.
    - even though it is a practical solution for the Wii,Im not too impressed with the design, but this is my opinion.
-The manufactures should have given the option to switch the blue light on or off as it continously stays on.
-You will need to buy a pair of penlight batteries for the cooling fan.

On the positive side this station will keep your Wii area tidy and charged no doubt.A tip for storing your nunchucks is to rap the nunchuck cord round your finger and then insert the cord curled up in the nunchuck slot first with the usb connection sticking out through the slot provided and the nunchuck will sit in position easily.

    Fun:
Having bought a charging station from another manufacturer and getting no joy from the company when both battery packs gave up after 3 months, i hesitantly ordered this one and am pleasantly happy.
One of the things which differ from the promotional blurb is that My unit does not need batteries for the cooling fan, it runs from the Wii supply which plugs into the back.
The previous charging station unit had no access to the remote sync button on the battery packs, whereas this one does.
As the previous reviewer says, it would be nice to be able to switch off the blue light as my living room looks like a seventies disco when room lights are off.
