I read this book whilst I was studying my NNEB and it was amazing. It is an excellent read and I enjoyed reading it very much. Although the text is a little small, there is enough information to give you an insight into what play is all about for a child. It describes the nature of childrens's fears, comforts, joys and distress which are expressed through play. It is stimulating and reassuring and is bound to stir your own childhood memories. It helps parents to look at themselves and their children in a different light. Enjoy this book, it is truly amazing.
