Got this a couple of days ago, it is ok, it does add a bit of weight to the gamepad (so bear that in mind) it has a nice tight clip system, and it makes the game pad more presence, if that makes sense, the lumps under the gampad feel more substancial.

The flaw and it is a very annoying one is they have obviously made this for the premium version as it is black, but they did not think to make sure it could be charged in the cradle that comes with the premium version... it closes too tight to want to remove it every time, so my cradle is now consigned back to the box...

An annoying flaw that I am not sure how they missed...

it is more 3.5 stars as some will not like the extra weight and girth it adds, but it does make you feel your gamepad could be dropped and survive!!

this item fits like a glove and protects the gamepad from accidental dropping and knocking over, the downside though is you cant put the gamepad on its stand or charger without removing the shell, otherwise its ok.
