Absolutely amazing! This album is not only interesting, but one of the best albums I have heard for a long time. Geezer has had amazing solo attempted, and with Burton helping him on the vocals (from Fear Factory) it makes it a class album. The 2nd album called Black Science doesn't have the same vocalist but still is amazing. They are both worth the buy, and needed in anyone's collection!

This is great. geezer butler form black sabbath in his first solo outing, and he has got Burton C Bell from fear factory on vocals. This is a truly crushing album with some of the biggest riffs since sabbath mixed with Burtons trademark voice. if u like fear factory or black sabbath you will love this

g'z'rs debut album plastic planet was released in 1995 and is as metal as a metal robot that only eats metal, heavy and crushing riffs blend through this album which is the mindchild of black sabbath bassist geezer butler and he also persuaded fear factorys burton c bell to add his vocals to all the songs, part fear factory and certainly part sabbath this album is heavy and yet so accessible.

Each song is tremendously catchy, fear factory esque catchy with sing along chorus, burtons vocal style doesnt stretch far from the fear factory style and is always easy to make out but certainly what lifts this album to the laurels of 5 stars is the heavy riffs,no doubt about that and to boot there isnt a bad song on here, and i mean that, not one filler moment,11 classy songs, one of which is a ballad,'cycle of sixty' ,but from album opener 'catatonic eclispe' onwards there is nothing to avoid here, the riff to 'house of clouds' is clearly ripped off skid rows 'slave to the grind' song in my opinion but that doesnt annoy me one bit,'detective 27' is a swirling and twitchy number that lives long in the mind as do the rest so all i have to say is this is special stuff.
