The sound quality produced by these headphones , when using my Ipad was very good indeed. They are very light and comfortable.they connect well via bluetooth to the iPad or iPhone. but I did find that if I did not follow a certain sequence for disconnecting , the headset was left in a "locked" state and I had to download the manual to find out how to reset them. however with care this does not happen too often, and resetting is easy , provided you have the power adaptor handy.

This is an incredible piece of kit. So far I've used it with Blackberry, Sony Ericsson, MacBook and Samsung Netbook and the sound quality (including stereo) is superb with virtually no hiccups or disconnections. Call control works well as does the media control for pausing tracks or even films on a PC! Battery lasts well and charges very quickly. It's also very comfortable and can be worn all day without discomfort.

A good example of a quality Plantronics product.

I use these with my blackberry and ipod, which I added the blue tooth converter too. I run and gym in these, I have fairly small ears and they are so brilliant I dont know how I coped with wires!! My husband has the hamma ones, also compatable with blackberry and ipod, but for ladies mine are definitely worth trying, love them.

I found that the headset gives excellent audio playback with more bass than you'd expect and decent volume levels. Mic pickup is reasonable most of the time too. Fitting to your ears may be a little fiddly and I find they drift loose with movement as they sit over rather than in the ear canal. The cable connecting the two halves is quite thick and too long for me, so it tends to sit out from my neck, meaning it catches on shirt collars etc and dislodges the ear-pieces a little. A thinner cable with more 'give' or flexibility would have been better perhaps.

Pairing and general operation is simple, but the little joystick for changing volume/track is a bit awkward to use once in place on the ear. Battery life seems good too.

Overall I'm pleased with it, since you lose the trailing cables that I had with my previous Plantronics ear-bud setup, though that was of course much simpler to use given the pendant/clip receiver that had the larger remote control buttons on it.

I was excited by the thought of owning a pair of cordless earphones. I looked at a pair of Sennheisers that were originally around £330 and came down (I believe) to around £230. They received mixed reviews and to be honest, too expensive for me.

Didn't realise that there were Bluetooth cordless earphones on the market and was quiet excited at the though of getting my hands on a pair.

Received these headphones from Amazon after only a few days of ordering them. I was surprised how quickly I paired them up with my HTC HD2. The instructions are very simply and straight forward.

The sound, considering they are cordless is impressive, the downside is that they are not the easiest things to get onto your ears, but perhaps that is just from me not using these kind of phones before. But once they are on they are comfortable.

You can also change the tracks and the volume using the earphones which is simple and stright forward to do.

Unfortunately I tried them outside with my HD2 in my left pocket and approximately every five seconds or so I would experience a split second pause, not the end of the world, but enough to stop me wearing them outside.

Also the cord at the back, does get in the way of my hooded coat, with the hood down, so on the whole, impressed by the sound and simplicity, but disappointed by the outdoor problems. Whether or not some of it was down to perhaps the battery losing it's power, I am not sure.

Also I can walk about 10 metres away from my HD2 when I am at home, at the sound, not perfect, is still good.

I bought these to go with my new iPhone4. I almost didn't make a purchase as there seem to be a relatively small number of stereo bluetooth headsets, and most seem to have varying feedback with a fair amount of negative comments, but I really hate wires and I am glad I did as the positives fair outweight the negatives.
Firstly the sound quality is excellent - both listening to music and making calls - and I have used for watching movies with none of the lag that was mentioned on some reviews. I have had a very occasional "skips" in the connection, but it is a fraction of a second maybe once of twice in my hourly commute and not something that bothers me. The volume is also pretty good as I think they seem louder than the wired headphones.
The remote controls on the headset do work with the iPhone, though they are occasionally temperamental and stop working - but I think this is a problem with the iPhone not the headset as a reboot of the iPhone resolves this. (I would echo other reviews in that the manual is unclear and I would search on line for the longer, clearer copy for all the commands)
Battery life is also excellent, the manual states 7hours, and I would say I am getting that, so I have only needed to charge about once a week. They also use the new USB connector that is shipping with Blackberry phones, and for Nokia PC connection which is handy.
My only real issue is that they sell as "noise suppression" earpieces where they are supposed to fit in the ear snuggly enough to block outside noise, but they mainly sit outside the ear with only the funnel reaching into the ear canal. If I rotate, push and hold them in (by wearing a hat) they do block some noise, but this isn't going to work in the summer.
The neckband does conflict a bit with a collar - as it is flexible it can also be folded up under a hat in winter, and hopefully without a jacket in summer it will be less of an issue.
