Does the job well 13 Oct 2011
By K. Bird
Works well 99% of the time and is simple to use. Just plug into USB port and away you go. Documentation is very poor. The one bit of written information that WAS useful said if the software stopped responding unplug the headset and plug in again. Does seem to sort any problems.

An excellent buy; I wanted this for Skype phone calls and online educational tutorials. It's light and comfortable, stays in place without excessive pressure on my ears - that's very important to me, I usually hate headphones. I can hear and be heard clearly, no unnecessary noise or sibilance, good volume controls. I'm very happy with it. Just be aware that when the red light on the microphone switch is on, the mike is off, that seems odd to me.

Plastic is flimsy, will break if not careful whilst taking it off your head.
If your ears are sensitive or have experienced pain with bad ear cuffed headphones, this headphone is NOT for you. It kills your ears after 5 minutes even, I have to keep on moving it..

Reason I bought this in the first place is for Skype and a Netbook that doesn't have the 2 audio jacks, one for mic and other for sound. So since this headphones has USB, this was the only choice and I was expecting a lot for this price. The headphone looks pretty nice compared to other low ranged, cheap headphones too. I even looked at several reviews both written and video reviews and the video reviews were totaly wrong because this headphone is the lowest of the lowest.
In video reviews, the person reviewing it bases it on his experience, therefore it can't be completely true for other users.

There is NO reason for you to go with this headphones, it has LOW quality sound and is NOT for listening to Music. It starts making crackling and popping noise if you turn the sound over some limit it has.

Only reason you may buy this headphones is :
1. If you want to waste your money. £27 is alot, you can find 50 times better headphones than this!
2. If you can't read.
3. If you don't care.
4. If you're gonna toss it in the bin after receiving it.

Couple of good sides:
1. Mic mutes if you push it up to it's default position. So you don't have to worry about clicking on mute/etc.
2. It has volume control on the left side.

Seriously, get headphones from Well known brands such as Logitech or Microsoft. Most cheap headphones do look skinny and bad but they have excellent sound and mic quality than this piece of dog sh&t.

So take my advice and go for Logitech or Microsoft ones.

I should have listened to THAT ONE REVIEW which said this headphones sucks big time and so i regret getting this... waste of my money.

There is a headphone that has FULL CUPPED EAR COUSHINS and most probably better sound quality, looks nice and is oonly £15 ! look it up. and seriously DO NOT BUY THESE HEADPHONES.
