Bought this as a present for my wife and she loves it, I can hear her clearly when she's using it and she has no complaints, the fact it comes in it's own presentation/charging case was merely a bonus.
Unfortunately this bluetooth wasn't as good as i thought it was. It echoed back when i was speaking and people at the other end said it had too much background noise.

The color isn't as bright as pictured. I was hoping for a color I could see easily if I dropped it in grass or on busy hotel carpet.
I have 2 others in diff colors, so I am very familiar with this. Biggest gripe is the toggle volume adjustment - only regular, loud, and loudest. You actually have to use the volume control on your phone to fine-tune volume if the level isn't Goldilocks enough. :)
Stays in the ear well and comfortable; comes with 3 sizes of ear "grips". Had my original one for over 2 years and still going strong. Read the manual...not intuitive use.
