I've had this headset for six months now and it does everything I need it to do. Sound quality is good. Its easy to set up and connectivity has always been straightforward no matter what device I'm connecting to. Two gripes though. Its a little quiet for use when driving and has no volume control. Also, the hook that wraps around the users ear nearly always falls off as I put it on my ear. With care its fine but if you take a call while driving its a pain. Overall, great for the office (I use it most for Skype calls so my hands are free), but unless you actually want to wear it all the time whilst driving (which I dont )then the loose ear hook lets it down.
Headset range is very poor and I found the unit too heavy and uncomfortanble to wear
I am using it everyday with communicator 2007. Overall it is a very good product. Cradle is a little too big to carry around in my laptop bag, but it comes with a USB charging cable which is fine.
My one critique is that the battery life could be better and it would help if there was a more positive off switch. Because it is difficult to know when the product is off, I have found it running flat in my bag a couple of times. Even from a good charge, I have also had it run out during important calls.
Also not sure about range. I have managed to use 3-4 meters from my laptop, but I am not sure how far I can actually get.
That said, if you can manage to keep it charged up, the call quality is great and people can't normally tell the difference vs a normal phone.
