I came across this book and what a sigh of relief! It is an easy step by step guide giving you problems, solutions, ideas, and ways to get out of things! It is very easy to read, and does not give you a headache at the end of it (as you'll have loads during the planning I suppose!). This book has a good relaxed humour.
I will be getting married in 50 wks and have been a nervious reck every since I was proposed too, but since I have read this book I have managed to plan my time accordingly and been able to delegate and ask for things without feeling like it's not right. I have also created a lovely porfolio (as the book suggested) and have been driving my florist, wedding dress designer and family crazy!
I also love the way that it gives you the traditional weddings, modern weddings, religious weddings and weddings abroad.
We originally planned to get married in London, but since this book we both have disscusssed that we would love to get married abroad - in the carribbean!
I am also amazed that my fience read this book and had lots of notes for things to do, plus he said he enjoyed it. That's a first!!
