3.0 out of 5 stars Not bad but Vegas changes so quickly 6 Sept. 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This isn't bad at all. Some nice ideas in here and presented in a clear format. This is a 99p job any day of the week. I wouldn't pay too much more as you can find this info online easily enough. For a pound or so,it's not worth coping down, get it on the Kindle for reference but much more and I would say Vegas changes so quickly that much of this will quickly become out dated.
One other point, if you're going to Vegas, unless you have a baby sitter with you, you'll miss more than you'll gain from any guide. It's an adult's playground!

5.0 out of 5 stars Everything doesn't have to stay in Vegas 9 Sept. 2012
By Amanda Richards - Published on
Format:Kindle Edition
Who knew that there was more to Vegas than casinos, weddings, bachelor parties, CSI and Elvis? Tucked in amongst the "adult" fun is a whole host of stuff that the whole family can enjoy, and this guide is intended to put the planning in the hands of the kids.

Beginning with some history, the guide covers the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay, Siegfried & Roy's Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat, New York New York (which has a roller coaster), Excalibur, Stratosphere (nosebleed level thrill rides), Circus Circus Adventuredome (an indoor theme park with TEN thrill rides), museums and many other attractions, including Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Red Rock Canyon.

Ending with a list of movies filmed in Vegas (no points for guessing "Viva Las Vegas") and a short multiple choice quiz, you'll be surprised at how much your kids will find to do in Vegas, none of which involves blackjack or little wedding chapels.

2.0 out of 5 stars Not comprehensive 10 May 2013

Information easily obtained on the Internet. I had no sense the writer had any experience at any of the attractions or had taken their own children (if they have any) to Las Vegas at all. Very, very basic and very short.

Weak travel guide for someone that has already need to Las Vegas. Did not share any secrets that we didn't know.
