Okay, so the music is slightly dated but it's not the godawful hi-nrg stuff you might expect. having real people in the class behind the instructors is a master stroke (and hell, if they can do it, so can i!).i love the gradiated sequence of routines but don't know if i'll ever be ready for the third level :) i come back to this video again and again because i know it works. after only a week back on it i can see the results for myself and that's one hell of an incentive to keep going. the routines are not horrendously complicated to pick up and i have to say that although i've been exercising to this vid on and off for the past five years, i'm still not bored. maybe i just have a high boredom threshhold...:) for the people who are put off by anthea turner on the cover, she doesn't make an appearance until the third level so most of the vid's turner-free! all in all, a highly effective and thoroughly recommended exercise vid.

many years ago when i was young i used to use this video and after a lot of sweat and toil i got to do the final level till it was easy. i was at that point the fittest i have ever been in my life! i love this program and every other aerobics video i have done since has paled in comparison and been really dull! i cant wait to steal my mums copy till i can find it on dvd. dont get me wrong, it is hard, but it is worth it!

Ive been using this video 10 years now. I even took it abroad with me when i went to live in Belgium. This is the third video ive bought and although i have the Zumba dvd's they are not as enjoyable to work out to. I use the 12 min and 35 min workout and cos ive used these same ones for so long it does get a little boring but my goodness it WORKS. The workouts can be picked up pretty quickly and my only complaint aboutthis workput is that its not on CD or DVD. I recomment anyone to try this...the 1st time i bought it i had put on nearly a stone in weight and i cut fatty foods out and worked out for 2 weeks and was back to my normal size. It beats the ones on the market at the mo in my opionion.
