The Pizza Peel is perfect for it's use. Right length for use in a domestic oven, and the right shape and size.

The product does what it says, but I have been surprised by the many alternative uses I have come up with. It's sturdy enough to lift quite a lot, so I can almost retire my oven gloves. I don't know why this isn't found in every kitchen.
