I bought this to replace the item i lost one morning on the beach. Its used in conjunction with the send and receive units that make up the remote shutter release system manufactured also by Pixel. Just like the rest of the system this is well made and functions correctly. I would not hesitate to buy this system again or recommend it. You might be imagining shoddy build at this price. Not true, its very good. I'm just too used to getting stung at OEM prices and thinking something this cheap must be rubbish. Even its box is good quality.
