It works 31 Oct. 2012

This works as described. Use it on my Nikon D90. This plugs into the GPS port on the camera. If you're not paying attention, you can plug this into the camera the wrong way and possible damage the port. I've done it and then wondered why it wasn't working. No damage to my camera, but pay attention when plugging it in.

Also, I've been looking at cheap intervalometers on Amazon lately since using my cell phone & trigger trap is not always ideal for longer time lapses. A lot of cheap intervalometers have complaints that the MC-DC2 plug is junk and gets stuck in the camera. This product does NOT have that issue. Looks and feels solid as far as I can tell. Had it for about 2 months now and no issues.
Awesome product to expand my transciever! 31 Dec. 2013

Perfect, I didn't want to buy another transmitter and receiver,

The Pixel devices allow this freedom, I can have ONE kit to run TWO cameras, just swap the cable and plug in the other camera and I am good to go! Obviously this is not a good method if you shoot two cameras at the same time but this is perfect if you are a 'sequence' shooter who shoots with one camera then moves to the next.

Its inexpensive (72 dollars + 8 dollars per cable) and it is absolutely easy to use!
It's a cable and it works. Only one con with it. 25 Mar. 2013

Buying a different kit and this cable allowed me to save some money. The cable works and fits my D7000 without a problem. The only thing I can suggest to the manufacturer would be to make the camera connection an L connector. This current design provides a challenge when working with an L bracket for ballheads. As far as I can tell though this is a problem even with the cable that comes with the Pixel unit for this connection type. The plug sticks out beyond the bracket and forces the camera to be not centered in the ballhead. Not a problem just an inconvenience. Shipping was faster than expected.

It is a cable for my new camera work with a Pixel Pro wireless shutter radio control and works great.
