I love Pirates of The Caribbean, and my 3.5-year-old son loves pirates, so this purchase was an easy choice. However, my preschooler was greatly disappointed, and therefore so was I, by the fact that this figure doesn't actually stand up on it's own. This is extremely frustrating. Needless to say, Captain Barbossa loses every battle he has and is the subject of ridicule instead of fear among my son's other pirate crew, who refer to him as "Captain Sleepy" as he "lies down all the time". I have relegated the item to a draw somewhere and doubt it will ever be played with. I did buy other pirate characters in this line and was happier with them, though none of them balance well, but this is the worst. Barbossa can't get a leg up.
