5.0 out of 5 stars This music is great for beginners! 14 May 2007
By L. Poore - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I love this music! All of them I recognized and they are really fun to play! And it's really good for beginner cellists. If you like Pirates of the Caribbean you'll like this book. I did!

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Music 2 Oct 2009
By fleetingsmile - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
It's kind of neat to have songs from more than just the first movie - and the music is fun once you recognize the melody line. It's all semi-easy but with some challenging pieces included as well.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pirates of the Caribbean - play-along music 6 July 2013
By Thankful - Published on Amazon.com

The description for this product was very unclear! My son thought that he was ordering the Cello solo for these pieces of music; however, it was only the cello part of the orchestra that can be played along while listening to a CD playing the actual music. I think that this is a very clever way to get young people to practice their instruments while listening to music that they enjoy.

3.0 out of 5 stars Missing the Cello solo in Fog Bound 26 Feb 2013
By Amazon Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
I liked the book but I would never have imagined that the CELLO SOLO from the beginning of Fog Bound of the Original Sound Track would not be in there. Besides that one major oversight, it is great.
5.0 out of 5 stars All around fun for the cello 28 Dec 2013
By Thomas Wilde - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Verified Purchase
While I love hearing my son practice these pieces using the supplied cd, he is pretty advanced and complains it is too easy. I told him, the music is what it is. He can be a little Mozart and add whatever he wants, but the composer only put in so many notes. For most people who enjoy the movie and music for what it is, this is excellent. For those who think it is too easy, get them a copy of the Dvorak Cello Concerto and have a good laugh (exactly what I did).
