Easy to setup and use. The range of source connectors is comprehensive and it drives two pairs of speakers independently (A, B, or A+B) which was not clear from the blurb or even the manual as well as a headphone socket. The remote works nicely and links into an existing compatible Pioneer tuner with no problems. Plenty of oomph to drive a pair of Kef Cartlton IIIs to orchestral listening levels with no shortage of headroom. Nicely detailed, well balanced sound for the price, especially with the "direct" routing engaged. The direct setting, even with all other settings in the neutral position, makes quite a difference (for the better, IMO) in the sound clarity. The only niggle for me is that it's not possible to record one source while listening to another which was an attractive and much used feature of the older Pioneer amp it was replacing in my setup. That's not quite enough to justify withholding a star because I was aware of the limitation before purchase.
