I ordered the desk and chair after reading the feedback left by other customers. I made up my mind after reading the comments that a customer found that it helped their younger daughter- about 3 and the older one about 7.
Once I received it, to my pleasant surprise both my daughters- 4 and 6-1/2 year old found it very comfortable. Their handwriting improved markedly. The time they spent studying increased because they found it comfortable. It was not just the initial novelty of getting a new desk- which would have lasted a few days [like all toys] but it still lasts. I today have made up my mind to order a second one so both can finish their work on time. I will order the second desk as soon as I log off from here.
The build of the desk and chair are so comfortable for both that their writing skills are improving. The slant on top makes it easy for them to write, improve their handwriting and study without needing extra breaks. They do not feel tired when they study. This adds to maintain their focus on the subject.
The finish is of a very high standard indeed. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. I recommend this to all parents with children of this age and perhaps even older than mine. I'm now ordering the second one for my elder daughter.

I bought this item for my daughter whos 3 she loves it.It is very solid and i like the fact that the door on table does not slam shut so i don't have the added worry of her trapping her fingers i would recommend this to any one with children.

This is an excellent product which is strong, well made and looks good. Purchased as a present for my soon to be 2 year old grand daughter. If it can stand her treatment it can stand anything. Safety wise, I liked the cut out part on the front so that the childrens figures won't get trapped when putting the lid down. Critisism: yes one tiny problem that can soon be fixed is the fastening of the rear table legs, possibly a bent spanner rather then the current straight spanner as supplied would solve this problem.

Nice and sturdy desk
Happy with the desk that was quite easy to assemble. Nice and sturdy. My 2.5 yr old seems to like it as well although she does not use it that much at the moment.
