A crack started appearing at the bottom of the back of the chair, i.e. the 'Giraffe's head'. A simple email to get a replacement sent out and I had a new 'head' in a matter of days.
Email back to me suggested that I had tightened it too tight so I just watched it this time.
Other than that an excellent product - meal time, educational time, playtime.
