As previous reviewers have stated the Help is near impossible to access,the program did not work untill I had downloaded a patch,as a result of a system crash and redirection by windows to the appropriate web site.The English help centre is still not working(12/09/09),anyone fancy chatting to a nice Dutch person for tech. advice?.All that Pinnicale seem to want is for their customers to spend on Premium content,and buying the right to have a phone call(you get one free,something like being in jail,but not as much fun!!)
Ok This is an add on after 2 weeks use and I MUST EAT A BIT OF HUMBLE PIE! I have managed to make a couple of dvds and not had the system crash again. I have managed to get a useful reply to a question from the e mail suport, and although there are dificulties in finding information in the help,I think that I may get to appreciate some of the good points.So I intend to keep on trying.
