Amazon Verified Purchase
I was in love with my new Sansa Clip audio player until it was nuked by this plug. No wonder it's cheap. I plugged it in and waited an hour or so as no time is specified for charging. On return I found that my Sansa player was now too hot to touch. Several hours later it cooled down but although it (incredibly) still plays audio, there is no interface for file loading and the radio has been burnt out too, so after I finish my current audio book I'll have to replace it. I should have read the reviews as I see several report malfunctions- so the retailers are well aware of these problems but continue to sell. Caveat Emptor!

If you purchase this plug, take care when using it.
The plug sent to me blew up with sparks and blackened the wall socket the first time it was switched on.
It was lucky the mp3 player being charged was not damaged, and no one was hurt, apart from the shock.
However the seller replied promptly to my feedback, refunded the purchase cost, and will be contacting the supplier about the defective item.

what a piece of shoddy rubbish, socket worked 3 or 4 times, then went bang (burning electrcal smell) and took out all the sockets downstairs. I've had to reset fuses and all clocks on cooker, microwave, TV, Internet connection settings on games Machines etc.

A loud bang
It took almost two months for the plug to arrive.It was used to charge up an mp3 player. After about 15 minutes there was a load bang and that was the end of the product. Read more
