Great for basic info. 5 Aug 2005

I ordered this book as a supplement to another title to help me study for the AFOQT (Air Force entry exam). While it doesnt really talk about the AFOQT at all, it contains basically everything you need to know about the aviation section on the test. Its a bit lengthy so I had to skim some parts, but if you want to further your flight knowledge or even just a basic introduction, you cant go wrong with this book.

This book is 2 1/4" thick, aka 6cm, so this ISN'T a pocket-book,
