Fantasic!! I have been using this dvd folllowing spinal surgery ( 12 months) & it's fantastic. I really rate Lynne Robinson for her technical knowledge & thorough teaching techniques, & this dvd is a refreshingly up-to-date improvement on her previous 80's style dvds. Great work outs, even more challenging with the use of ankle weights. Thoroughly recommend all LR's dvds. Thanks to the 'BAck to basics' section this dvd would be suitable for a novice as well as more experianced pilates devotees.

OMG how good is this DVD. I am fairly new to Pilates and want to let people know that this is such good value as it's two dvds basically for the price of one. If you want to learn some nice relaxing yet challenging Pilates then this is the DVD for you.
