Format:VHS Tape
This workout was easy to follow and great to use. It really helped me to relax as well as strengthen my muscles - and it helped to improve my posture to prevent back paid. I highly recommend it as a workout - particularly in the later stages of pregnancy when your energy levels are lower and your ability to move is reduced.

Format:DVD
I used this dvd during my second pregnancy and found it to be very straight-forward and effective. I had been doing yoga on and off for years and at first thought the pilates exercises were a little too easy. I soon found commitment to the poses brought me a new depth. She is great on explaining why the poses work and how - which I think helps you get more out of it. All in all, very accessible, kept me motivated (I'm now using her post-pregnancy dvd, and love it) and effective.

This dvd was a waste of money. Very few exercises on it, which were long and drawn out, boring and unhelpful. I only used it once. I was very disappointed because I did pilates at least 3 times a week before getting pregnant, and wanted to continue during my pregnancy. Dont waste your money on this one. Youre better off going to the gym.

Very slow
This DVD is extremely slow, it is not designed to switch it on and start with the work out. Explanations are very lengthy and they take 5 minutes to do a 30 second exercise. Read more
