90 minutes of clearly described and demonstrated techniques suitable for both beginners and those who are already familiar with Pilates. I worked in Gym classes for 12 months, then had six months break. I found this tape a great way of getting back into regular exercise. The relaxation session at the end makes the whole programme very beneficial.
