Perfect music for Pilates,

I was a dancer and now do Pilates to keep fit. I love these tracks as they suit a chilled out or more challenging workout. I find this music helps me concentrate and get the most from my Pilates session. I can also take it with me when I travel and it gets me in the mood to stretch and tone.

Only first half suitable for Pilates,

The first half of this C.D. is Great Pilates Music it is uplifting and inspiring. The second half has a much too strong a beat to be relaxing and I would have preferred it if the whole C.D had been made up of the style of the first half or at least have been the other way around.
