This book is very well laid out. It is very clear which exercises are suitable for each stage of the recovery period. Good illustrations.

This is a great book to review when working with clients with hip and knee issues. I have clients daily with something wrong with their knees and I have been able to make changes in their exercises in order to strengthen the body.

Very helpful for rehab of patients already practicing Pilates. As always, follow physician guidelines protocol for precautions and any other physical issues client has to progress.

I have been teaching Pilates for a few years now. every other day it seemed i was coming into contact with a client that has some sort of joint issue (i.e. replacement, pain or other issue) and i would try and put together a work out plan for them that i felt could help. but now with this book. BOOM! im helping my clients with there joint issues more than ever. and the online resources that come with the book are AMAZING and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH! oh and nice last name lol!
