At the age of 33, Marco Pierre White was the youngest chef in the world, to win three Michelin stars. He is renowned by patrons and peers alike for having provided a highly creative and innovative impetus into contemporary international cuisine leading to Marco being voted AA chef of the decade in 2002.

He re-wrote the rules of fine-dining in the 1980s. Before him, every master chef had been French and his success has inspired a new wave of home-grown talent with his first book, White Heat, voted most influential cook book by Caterer and Hotelkeeper magazine.

Today, Marco is renowned for being one of the UK’s most gifted chefs and is respected for his passion, perfection, drive and frankness in the industry.

The Technology

• Thermolon is a Polymer hybrid nano-composite non-stick coating
• Worlds first in non-stick technology
• Durable and highly scratch resistant
• Quick and even heat distribution
• It does not contain PTFE which is a 60 year old non-stick technology
• It does not contain PFOA which is used to make PTFE.
• Thermolon non-stick is high resistant up to 450 degrees centigrade
• Thermolon uses significantly less C02 (Up to 50%) less at the point of application than other non-sticks
• Thermolon does not release Green House gases into the atmosphere
• No toxic fumes are released if overheated
