The first 13 pages contain a great summary of the history of Cumnock, along with a couple of maps.
The following pages have old & new photos of Cumnock & surrounds with accompanying notes. The photos contain everything, from buildings, people, gravestones, countryside, & sport.
For anyone interested in genealogy, history, & a general reference for the area it is a MUST buy.
Well written & put together, my only complaint, & it's a little one, there is no index. Though that is a personal preference.
