I bought this a couple of summers ago when the weather was great for a couple of weeks in a row. It's been very useful since then as the weatherproof backing gives you a bit of protection from the damp if the sun is only out for a little bit after rain. Well worth it.

the material is really soft, it has a waterproof backing, it's also large enough to put the food and the family on, and maybe a snooze after the picnic. it rolls up nice and small and the strapping means we can attach it to the picnic bag and not worry about it getting lost. just need a bit of summer now....

Found this product great. I bought it to shield my legs when I am scoring for crown green bowls and it works a treat. It is light enough to carry and did its job well and kept me dry.
