If you find the history of pick guns interesting, then this book is for you.

If, however, you just want to know how to get the best out of your pick gun, then look elsewhere. The author glosses over the finer points of pick gun technique, and yet describes the rather dull history of the pick gun in extensive detail.

I think the book should have had more photos and illustrations and fewer patents.
