These packs take quite a force to break the seal inside, which in a way is good because now I carry one in my bag without worrying it will activate accidentally. Really cold as soon as seal broken and lasts for about 20 minutes. Perfect.

Does what it says on the label. It is slightly difficult to pop in the inside back to activate the ice pack. Cold enough when activated and lasts about 30 minutes.
